Develop your personal ROADMAP for success

Join us from 5:00-8:00 PM on  June 17, 19, 24, and 26 to explore and discover career opportunities that align with your personal strengths and interests.

Sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Madison Technology Entrepreneurship Office, this course leverages the Strategic ROADMAP: An Intentional and Memorable Approach to Achieving Success framework, as well as the CliftonStrengths Assessment, to help you develop insights into your unique talents and where and how you can use them to achieve success.

Course Objectives

  • Explore your strengths and develop insights into your unique talents.
  • Improve your self-awareness.
  • Understand career options.
  • Identify your interests and use them to develop a ROADMAP for your career.

Early evening classes will run for 2 weeks on Monday and Wednesday each week for approximately 2 – 2.5 hours per class, with a short break that will include refreshments/snacks.

About the author

A founder, strategist and business builder, Andy helps large and emerging companies build their businesses and innovate, advising senior executives at Fortune 100 companies and serving as an advisor and board member at start-up and early stage companies.

His background includes forming and operating joint ventures, private equity funded entities and novel business models. His experience includes developing and implementing strategy, commercializing new businesses and innovations, establishing partnerships, building brands and marketing capability.
