The Role of an I-Corps Mentor

An I-Corps Mentor serves as an integral member of the instructional team, providing guidance, feedback, and expertise to teams throughout their journey.

Investing in Mentorship

The time commitment for an I-Corps Mentor varies depending on the program track, ranging from 2-4 hours a week for the local cohort to 7-15 hours a week for the national program. Mentors engage in pre-session meetings, attend class sessions and debriefs, and conduct mentoring meetings with their assigned teams.
